        Overall

        I was required to pay $300 non-refundable just to look at an apartment. Of course, I couldn't see it until I was within a day of selling my house so I was stuck. It was dark and gloomy. The cabinets were peeling. The AC didn't work in the master bedroom. The place smelled of mold. I could go on. Ripoff. Avoid. I wish zero stars was a choice.
