Our special events catering includes: weddings, birthdays & anniversaries, barbecues, and holiday parties. Our staff consists of chefs poised to create exciting dishes specific to your event. All catered functions will be professionally prepared and served, ensuring optimum quality at reasonable cost. 5000 person maximum and a 25 person minimum for any event. We can coordinate the event by booking banquet halls and providing linens, decor, and floral arrangements. Chef Drew Harrity graduated from Regis University with a business and communications degree. Drew went to Culinary School in San Francisco and has worked his way to Executive Chef Status. Early in his career he owned his own very successful restaurant. Couple his business experience with his culinary background he has been suited for an exciting career in foodservice management. His wife Lorraine has a background in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Baking, and Pastry.

Chef Drew catered our 275 person wedding last weekend in Tehachapi and did not disappoint. We could not have asked for better food and better service at our wedding and Chef Drew and his team were more than attentive to our needs and the needs of our guests.
For the wedding dinner with so many guests we opted for a Buffet which along with the appetizer station Chef Drew manned himself. The main options were his Angus Beef Hickory Smoked Tri Tip (complete with an amazing BBQ sauce) and his BBQ Chicken. There was no wrong choice between the two entree items but the Tri Tip was the real highlight for me.
For the sides we had an outstanding caesar salad, garlic mashed potatoes, sweet corn, BBQ baked beans and dinner rolls.
I can't recommend the food and service more if you need an event catered. If yp had more stars I would give them. Truly outstanding!

I recently attended a company function, I was not looking forward to another lousy meal, to my surprise Chef Drew and his staff made the best catered food I have eaten. I only wish we could have more meetings for just to eat there cuisine. Thanks a million!

FINALLY, a local caterer that can provide all the services of the "big city" ones. I honestly thought we had to go out of the area to find a caterer to service both casual events and formal affairs. After being repeatedly pleased with Still Waters for our company picnics, BBQ's and smaller family parties, we decided to hire them for a very important and very elegant formal affair and were once again thoroughly impressed. Everything from the china to the stemware and all that a special event entails were attended to with the greatest of detail. The multi cultural choices on the menu assured that all of our guests were equally satisfied. I can promise you that you will be pleasantly pleased with Chef Drew and his well trained staff.

Drew is a highly trained, highly experienced, and exceedingly gifted chef and business manager. His culinary creations are artistic masterpieces that are right now making my mouth water just thinking about them! Drew is also a delighful and generous personality, who brings joy as well as professionalism to every occasion. He and his staff are great. I highly recommend them!

Having sampled many of Chef Drew's culinary delights, I feel compelled to share my awesome experience! The attention to freshness as well as presentation was outstanding! Chef Drew also adds some extra's to his recipes that are different from the norm! I would highly recommend Still Waters Catering Company for ANY event....large or small! The five cheese lasagna is my favorite!
