Shameful, degrading and insulting service - unbelievable!!! I bought a certified used vehicle from Ron Bouchard's Nissan within this past year, a beautiful (or so I thought)2013 Altima - loaded and with low mileage. However at 40,000 miles the transmission died! As I had purchased the extended warrantee the repair was covered but not without anxiety being introduced to me about whether or not the parent company was going to cover it. Of course I was given a loaner, not an Altima but it was a 2016 model. Yesterday I had to travel to a late afternoon medical appointment, today I had a medical procedure done, I explained that was previously scheduled when Seth, the Service Manager, called to inform me that my car had to be picked up by 3pm the next day. The next day I called Ron Bouchard's Nissan to explain that I was still on my way home from the medical procedure at 3; my boyfriend and I got home, he cleaned out all the things we would normally have had in our car and he rushed it over to the dealership as it was now 3:30. I had not taken time to vacuum, wet-wipe or otherwise detail the loaner car, bear in mind I was fresh out of a medical procedure - and the service manager knew this. Once at the dealership my boyfriend was berated for returning the car dirty- he offered to bring the car down the street to vacuum it out but he was told. "No, it's already here"; but then he was accused of drinking and Jim in the Service Department and the General Manager of the dealership threatened to call the state police! My boyfriend rarely drinks and never to excess! He had not had a drink for about a week, and then it was one drink!!! They also said they were going to charge me over $200 to clean the car. (And this was Christmas week.) There was cigarette ash in the car, but that used to happen with my own car also, smoking is a filthy habit btw. When I heard about this I called Seth who was rude and fresh but who did say they weren't going to charge me for cleaning the car - my heart was pounding in my chest by now and I was laid up in bed elevating my leg with ice packs on it. Seth said, "We are never giving you a loaner again though. That car smelled and looked like you and/or your boyfriend partied and drank and smoked in it and drove it to (yes he actually said this) MEXICO." He said, "Your boyfriend smells like he's been drinking." I am planning to drop in to this dealership as often as possible, write all the reviews I can, share things on social media, lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the parent company. What a dreadful experience, they should be made to make ammends to me and my boyfriend for the way they treated us, it was truly shameful.

Be very careful. The facilities are lovely and clean and convenient, but everything bad that you hear about dealers seems to be true here. My first was to buy a part. I waited about 5 minutes before I just called out and someone came. Apparently there is a bell you can ring but it is a small white button that no one would likely see or know that they were supposed to ring. My second trip was to have car looked at for an indicator light. It came out and almost immediately had a rattle in the muffler.
