        Overall

        I have used their services for many years. They are always courteous. I have had them change locks at my home and have had duplicate keys made. In fact, I once tried to get a duplicate key made from a self-service machine at a national hardware chain, but they didn't have the correct blank key. Wizard Lock & Safe did.

        they were to afraid to change the locks to my home, leaving me defenseless to intruders.
