Alpha Medical Center

In had a doctor appointment at 12:30 wasn't seen till 3:30. They have you waiting in lobby for 30 minutes they call you to the back have you thinking you going to be seen to have wait another 3 hours in a room.This is the worse service I have had here.

The nurse come in maybe every 20minutes and tell they will be with you shortly, then when you see the Doctor it only takes maybe 20 minutes. I remember when this office was more on point. The staff was more friendly and helpful.

I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE SINCE 2011, HERE LATELY IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PURE TRASH.... I LEFT A PAPER THAT NEEDED TO BE FILLED OUT FOR MY INSURANCE, DR. OGWU TOOK HIS SWEET 3 WEEKS PLUS TO FILL IT OUT (AND INCORRECTLY) THAT NOW MY INSURANCE HAS BEEN CANCLED, THEY NOT TAKING APPOINMENTS, WALKINS ONLY, MAIN DR HAS BEEN OUT, THEY LEAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR FOREVER, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS OFFICE I WILL NEVER RETURN TALK ABOUT INCOMPETENT ����������������������������������������������������������������

Why they made us come into the office for test results vs. just giving them over the phone is beyond me. But making us wait all weekend (day #12 since the initial visit) and then making us wait an additional 2 hours & 8 minutes past our appointment time to see the Dr. is even more ridiculous. If they are that freaking busy, they could have saved themselves a lot of time and saved us 3 hours by just giving the *everything looks good* test results over the phone last week! They had me worried sick all weekend that something was seriously wrong with my child's test results. Why else would you have to go in person to get results???



This was our 3rd time there (same issue, just trying to find out if it was serious). The first two times were a 1.5 hour wait to be seen .. beyond the scheduled appointment time. They seem nice, but really need to get their schedule worked out where patients don't have to sit unreasonable amounts of time waiting.



Today they said they have 1 Doctor and 2 Physician's Assistants, and that one of the PA's had quit last week without notice, making the schedule overbooked for the 2 who were left to see patients. I can understand that, but a little advance notice that there might be an extended wait would have been nice. I was on pins & needles waiting to see if my child had a serious medical issue that warranted us getting results in person. :(

if you have any decency in yourself I recommend you stay away from this place there about the money and not about the patient!

Horrible service. would not recommend to anybody. Even with an appointment it took over 6 hours for a simple follow. The front staff is very rude and unprofessional.

They take too long here, it's supposed to be quicker than the ER, but in realty it was longer than waiting in the ER

I picked Alpha because I thought I would be fast and quick. not at all, I got here at 5 pm and waited over 2 hours to get a school physical. I would have left. I called a head to make sure we were ok coming in. the rep said sure come in anytime but failed to say they were short staffed.
