While on a family vacation to the DFW area I had an encounter with a 4X4 on the freeway that caused moderate damage to the right rear rim of my 2010 KIA. This was Sunday afternoon and not being from that area I was at a loss as to what to do, my sister and brother in law found your business on line and we went to see if their was anything that could be done that day as we were traveling back home to Wisconsin at the time and didn't have a lot of time to Waite for repairs. You and your people assured me that you could repair the rim and get me back on the road in a shot time. I was concerned that the repair was only a temporary repair and that I was going to have to stop every few miles to air up the tire, You promised that the rim was going to be good as new and you guaranteed that the rim would get me back to Wisconsin and you were as good as your word, I made it home without a single problem and the rim is AS GOOD AS NEW, Thank you for you help and the cost was UNBELEAVEABLE, I was expecting to be charged an astronomical fee for Sunday emergency work and was charged only $40.00 to repair the rim and remount the tire and remount the rim. Thank you for your Honesty and Professionalism and the hospitality you and your employees showed my family and if I ever have the opportunity to refer anyone to your shop please know that it will be done without hesitation.
