All details and restrictions of the Rewards not specified at the time the redemption opportunity is presented will be determined by Auntie Anne’s in its sole discretion. Members shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes including, without limitation, income taxes and any reporting consequences thereof in connection with a Reward. If required by law, as determined by Auntie Anne’s in its sole discretion, Auntie Anne’s reserves the right to withhold and remit to the appropriate taxing authorities the amount of any taxes due.
