Abington - Lansdale Hospital - Jefferson Health

I would like to say my overall experience with this hospital was a good one, however I am very unhappy with how one of the EMTs treated me on the way to the hospital and once getting there. He was rather condescending, basically telling me I couldn't be on the phone to tell my family I had just been in a car accident, and then scolding me for wanting to put my hands down on the hospital bed when they were putting me in my room because I was in pain and was trying to just help myself ease onto the bed, but again he gave a condescending attitude. I don't know why he has this job if simple things like that are a problem with him. I told other staff about that and they didn't seem to have a problem with me being on my phone to tell my family what happened. If I had known his name I would have filed some sort of official complaint. Everyone else however was pretty friendly and helpful.
