Another auto shop recommended to me Discount Muffles & Brakes and I am so glad they did it. These guys are amazing. I had problems with my exhaust and they showed the problem to me, they fixed it really quickly and at the best price I found in the area. These guys are the best!. Totally recommend this place.

Untrustworthy will not be taking my car here again.

They replace a wheel bearing in my car on April 20,2014. Wheel bearing went bad or was bad they refused to fix my car again stating Autozone wouldn't take the part back without my original receipt. My husband went home took the wheel bearing off went to the local Autozone and told them our problem they gave him a new wheel bearing he then came home and fixed the car in about 30 minutes.

The repair person poked a hole in my muffler and then told me I needed it replaced. I brought my car in to get the strap that holds the muffler on replaced. They told me they would do it cheap for $30 so it sounded like a good deal to me but beware: they make their money by ripping off their customers. I had teporarily held the muffler up with wire and noticed that it was starting to crack in one spot. Well before I knew what was going on with my car a repair person comes out and tells me I need to take a look at it. He tells me that I need a new muffler as he is repeatedly poking his finger in a fresh hole in the side of my muffler and tells me I need the muffler replaced. I didn't say a word to him about it for fear that he would make matters even worse and asked him to just replace the strap. As I drove off I noticed that the muffler was a lot louder than when I brought it in. Beware of being lured in by their cheaper prices. They make their money on you one way or another or they damage your car instead.

These guys are THE BEST!! I have been going to this shop for at least 6 years and have been very happy every time. They always look everything over and let me know if there is anything else that I don't know about that needs attention. They are the most honest mechanics I know! I had someone at the tire store tell me that I needed new ball joints and tie rods. I took my vehicle in and didn't say anything about it, they told me what was wrong and when I mentioned what the tire guy said the mechanic told me no that was not what was causing the problem it was my idler arm which they had told me and was much cheaper to fix. I think a lot of places unfortunately when I said that the mechanic would have walked back under my vehicle and said oh yeah you do need ball joints and tie rods. Keep up the great work guys!
