I Cab Taxi Service

iCab has been always on time and we use them all the time. I highly recommend this service to my friends and family, plus they have the nicest cars and drivers in Lansing.

Worst experience ever! Over charged and was late! I LOST MY JOB because icab was late three days in a row. Thanks for nothing! Grrrr

I dont want to give this company even one star, but it MADE ME. If I could, I would leave them -7! I had arrived at LAN on a Tuesday, around 9:30PM. In which, I had called and set up an appointment 6 days prior. I should have known something was shady about it because I had asked for a confirmation to be sent to my email because I had a 9 hour flight and didn't want to wait after arrival, because I would be exhausted... which I was. They failed to email me confirmation of pick up. When I landed, I just thought maybe they were running a little late... and after about 25 mins after pick up time, I called and the dispatcher was so rude. It was such an "inconvenience" for her to check on my cab. Come to find out, they didn't send one to me. Nor did they have my appt. I scheduled in their system. They then said they would send me a cab and I then ended up waiting over an hour. They were screening my calls... They didn't answer, except for once. They answered and then hung up on me. At that point I called the top rated cab company (on Google) and they were there in less than 10 minutes. They also gave me a free ride "on the house" after hearing what these lying sacks of frustration put me through. When we arrived at my destination, my hotel, the driver willingly carried my bags up to my room, as well as opened my door and closed it behind me. DON'T EVER USE I-CAB. Unless you feel like waiting around for absolutely nothing, and if you feel like dealing with some of the RUDEST humans on Earth! I highly suggest Omega!
