To put this nicely if you had to choose between living in a cardboard box and renting from MTH managment, you may be better off in the box. I contacted them several times in regards to a maintenance request that they never got to the last 3 months of my lease and never cared to even return my calls. They did not plow or drive or salt the sidewalks for weeks after heavy snow. To top it all off at the end of my lease they said I had a $0 balance on my account. A month later they send me a letter saying I have a payment and a late fee to pay for. After several times of trying to call about this bill I never recieved any calls back and left several messages. Trust me, they do not care about their tennants at all and I would look towards anywhere else before renting from these people.

Absolutely worst people to rent from. They have no concern whatsoever for the safety or quality of living standards of their tenants. They are slumlords!

Our elevator has been out at the Arbaugh for over two months. Every time I ask if they are going to fix it, someone tells me they are still "looking into it" while I'm still carrying my groceries up the stairs. They are just lazy and don't take care of their buildings.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My townhouse was being managed by DTN, suddenly we got a notice that it was switching to MTH. Immediately, the snow removal stopped on both the driveway and sidewalks. It got so bad that Granger couldn't get to the dumpsters, and garbage blew all over the property after overflowing. The leasing office used to have at least one person during business hours, but now it sits empty. The "manager" of these 200 units works from home, and there is no longer a maintenance staff. When I called their main office to complain about the lack of management staff, they hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and don't sign a lease if MTH is involved. My neighbors and I will all be leaving this once-awesome community as soon as our leases are up. Total fail. One star is generous.
