Ramblewood Apartments

i have lived in Ramblewood going on 4 years and can not wait to get out...I've recently had my 3rd major water leak from the ceiling 2 days ago and they will not reduce rent for a month let along replace my carpet ( "that's not a option ") i have to use my own renters insurance yet again because of there cheaply constructed crap.



Management's a joke!! but i guess its going to when u have a property manager who's only concern is how to save a penny and not correctly fix a wrong.I can not say enough bad about her my only hope is she gets hit by a bus.



The only good i can really come up with is the rent starts at $550 and water and heat are free, parking is ok depending on what building you live in.



As for noise its kinda odd cause its loud all day but not so much at night other then the paper thin walls.



Would i recommend living here'' only if u have disposable items and don't care if all your stuff get destroyed because it will get messed and they will get around to fixing whatever caused it "when they have time" even if it is something major!!
