Royal Treatment Limousine

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! WE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MY WEDDING AND WE RENTED THE FORD EXCURSION. THE INTERIOR OF THE LIMO WAS ALL TORE UP AND VERY UNATTRACTIVE. IT WAS EXTREMELY STINKY IN THE INSIDE AS WELL AND WORST OF ALL THERE WERE HUNDREDS (NOT EXAGGERATING) OF FRUIT FLY LIKE BUGS FLYING ALL OVER. THEY WERE FLYING IN OUR FACES AND DRINKS. I HONESTLY FEEL AS THOUGH THIS VEHICLE HAD BEEN SITTING SOMEWHERE ROTTING AND THEY JUST PULLED IT OUT TO USE FOR MY WEDDING. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY! THANKS FOR RUINING THE LIMO PART OF MY WEDDING ROYAL TREATMENT.

Ive used Royal Treatment on several special occations in my life, I have always been so impressed with the service and the limousines!

I rented a car from Royal Treatment to bring my family to and from the Detroit airport. We had 6 people, so we rented a car for six people. They ended up sending a vehicle for 10 people (a Chrysler 300...Yeah!) because they wanted to make sure that all of us AND our luggage would fit. It gave us extra space to stretch out and relax at 4:45 am. I think we all fell asleep before we even left lansing. The driver showed up early at our house and was waiting for us at the airport when we got there! I would have to say that this is the best experience I have ever had with a transportation company! It made traveling during the holidays that much easier. The driver carried as much luggage as he could and always opened our doors. Great driver and staff! Thanks you Royal Treatment for such a GREAT experience! I would definitely recommend to EVERYBODY!

I got very lucky to even get a limousine, since our original reservation got cancelled on limos.com AFTER we already received a confirmation, so i was searching for a last minute limousine rental. Royal Treatment is exactly what i/we received. They handled my call and I got the last limousine available. The limousine itself was fantastic, on time, and the night was unforgettable by all who were there. Other places might have fancier bells and whistles, but Royal Treatment prices are the absolute lowest by far. I have to bring my own drinks and the limousine has all the ice i want, no problem! Thank you Royal Treatment, if I ever need a limo again I will be calling your company first! Fantastic job!

We wanted a limo to bring us home from the Detroit airport with our new, adopted baby girl from China. The limo had an electrical issue and the a/c didn't work, the back driver-side door wouldn't open due to a dent and the trunk wouldn't open for our luggage. When I asked for a refund, the owner offered a $60 credit and actually said "if this is not acceptable then the driver will pull over to the side of the road for you to find alternate transportation." Nice... two adults and 14-month-old sitting on the side of I-96. Is this the type of business you want to support?
