Don't listen to any of the negative post.Competitors always post things about others places to try and put the down. Tropical Scooters is the only place locally that sells affordable TOP quality scooters.Do your homework yourself.These are great family people to deal with. Stop in and talk to them and you can be the judge.They will help put you in the right scooter that suits you needs.
I was one that didn't do my homework before I found Tropical Scooters and got a lemon of a scooter form Eco Green on Park Blvd.The scooter I got from Eco broke down over and over and that was within the first 6wk I had it. Turns out Eco has a long history with the BBB.A few yrs back they even had protesters there picketing with rage because they had been ripped off .Eco Green deserves a award for being the best con artists in the biz.
So don't take anyone word for anything,not even mine.I am just speaking from experience.If you do your homework on the brand name of scooters that Tropical offers, you will see they are TOP quality.They even get a Vespa from time to take.And there prices,WOW.....you Won't find anyone better.....My boyfriend was so impressed with my scooter he bought one to ride around with me.:]
Tropical scooters now has a bigger store with even more scooters and a few small motorcycles..So that in its self has to speak for its self.
For me everything turned out well.

my name is Rick and i would like to tell you how pleased i am with Mark and Michele, the owners. i just purchased my 2nd scooter from them. unfortunately my 1st scooter was stolen! and i was so pleased with the service , knowledge and courtesy of Mark and Michele that I went back for my 2nd scooter. i use this scooter as my main transportation and love it! I would recommend tropical scooters of largo to everyone who is looking for 2 wheel enjoyment. you cant go wrong with this shop!

Bought a 2007 Yamaha FZ1 for $3900 only to find out when filling up with gas on the way home that there was a structural crack in the frame. They denied knowing about it and would not do anything to help besides "putting a weld over the crack" because "choppers are welded so it will fix it". Yamaha directly told me the bike is not safe to ride and welding is not a safe fix. Quote to get a new frame installed was over $3500. Spent 8 months dealing with the issue and finally got a new frame installed from a local Authorized Yamaha Dealer. Tropical Scooters refused to pay a single dollar towards the repair. Also, bike was described as "100% fully inspected". Buyer beware.

Great place, I returned to Tropical Scooters 3 times before buying and Michele and Mark were always willing take the time to answer my questions. When I purchased the scooter Mark made sure I understood the operation of the scooter before I left the store. My after sales experience has been just as wonderful. I have returned for routine service which was done quickly and properly and at a fair price. I would, have and will recommend Tropical Scooters to anyone looking for a great scooter at a great price.

they have used parts and scooters but they are to expensive and ripoff with clients and not to friendly with clients dont recomend buying becareful

Tropical scooters is the best place to buy a scooter, Michelle and Mark are awesome!! I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a scooter!!
