        Highly recommended because of their reliability and trustworthiness. It makes me nervous to leave my computer with someone, but I had no doubts about them. Mine was even a rush order and it was no problem. Great company, and the prices are always WAY lower than expected.

        Highly recommended. I found very reliable. I had my computer built by them, to specs, at a very reasonable price, and it has lasted me now for 6 years. Only work done on it, since purchase, has been to update RAM and new VIDEO fan. When ordering the Fan, they spent the time necessary to find the best fan for the best price and had it in within 3 days. I intend to use them for my next computer, when this one is "outdated".

        Completely undependable! Took my IBM ThinkPad in for service, a week after I was told it'd be ready they had not looked at it... asked 3 different times the next 3 days when it would be ready, could only get a lot of hmmm'ing and hawing, and no straightforward answer. Finally picked up the computer and went somewhere else to get it repaired.
