I own a liquor store, and my walk-in coolers broke down on a Friday morning. No cold beer to sell...right before the weekend...yeah, I was out of my mind with panic. I immediately called an air conditioning company (not Climate Control Experts), and a technician came out at 11am.

He fiddled around with the temperature control settings, and left 10 minutes later. I waited a few hours to check, and it was 78 degrees! I called the company unceasingly until finally, he came back at 6:30pm. This time, he injected some freon and left again in less than half an hour.

The next morning, my coolers were still out of service. I called another company and they told me that the distributor needed to be replaced. More bad news, they would have to special order it from California and it would take two WEEKS to arrive. Are you kidding me? No. Unacceptable.

I called a third company, Climate Control Experts. Oh my god, they were a godsend. From my very first phone call, I could tell this company was different. Matthew answered all my questions expertly and patiently, and assured me that a technician would arrive soon. To my surprise, a technician did arrive shortly, exactly on time. His name was John, and he was the epitome of competence and professionalism. He exceeded way beyond our hopes and expectations, and was so nice throughout everything. He welded shut the leaks in our distributor, but then discovered two other problems with our motor and compressor.

John seemed more distressed than I was that he couldn't repair everything that same day, even though it was out of his control. It was very heartwarming to see how much he cared about us. The parts were overnighted, and promptly arrived next day. John and Chris, the owner of Climate Control Experts, worked together to meticulously and expeditiously repair our coolers and made certain that everything was in 110% perfect condition. I know of no other company that would go all out for a client like that. They literally saved my business. Imagine my pleasant surprise when their prices were lower than what I expected!

The most skilled technicians in the industry, the best customer service, fast response, and reasonable prices, I recommend this amazing company with all my heart. There is no need to look elsewhere for residential or commercial service. Woo hoo, go Climate Control Experts!
