Exclusive Tailoring

2 main complaints before i've even gotten my dress back, i was told by the young man behind the desk that i'd be receiving a quote for the work over the phone in the next couple of days for the work on my wedding dress. The call never happened. He also told me that the dress would be ready by the 15th of the next month. I show up on the 15th within posted buisness hours, and no one is there... So i've waited almost a month to get the dress back and i can't get it on the date they told me to pick it up on? Kinda frustrating, that and the lack of information communication. I'll review again when (and if) i get my dress back.
