La Salsa

Had an explorer pass and decided to go here to eat. The service was lousy from the start. I was ready to leave when the waiter finally came. I showed him my card and he didn't know if they accepted it. He took it and went to ask. That took about 15 minutes. Finally he came back and said they did and took my drink order. After a bit he came back with my drink and I had to ask for chips and salsa. I also ordered some Guacamole. He gave me a lesson on language for ordering. Something about I was not saying it correctly. If I wanted a language lesson I would have took rosetta stone.



I put my food order in and when it finally came out it was ok. I order a steak burrito. The steak was burnt and there was no flavor at all to the meal. I had to wait forever to get a drink refill and to get my check. I gave him my explorer pass agin and he ran it through. He told me that it should be good and gave me a bill for the guacamole because the explorer card was only good for a $20 food credit. I gave hime the money for that and started to leave when he came running after me. He told me my explorer pass was invalid and I had to pay the bill. I didn't understand how that was because the card was good when I got there. I went back to the register and we started to argue because he told me that all I had was the guacamole and now he was telling me I had to pay more. I threw him a twenty and told him I would never eat there agin.



I do not reccomend this place at all. There is better elsewhere and they should not be in business if that is how they treat people.
