This place is crap.. But I have no choice.. They don't even deserve a star

just horrible in every way that is humanly possible

I gave this post office one star because I couldn't send review without at least one but it was not deserved. It is the most unorganized, unfriendly place any of us could need to go. I have never had a good experience there. No matter what services you require it generally takes entirely too long. The worst is when you stand in a huge line only to find you belonged in another long line because none of the employees ever find it necessary to keep their patrons informed. Worse yet, we are stuck with this post office if we need anything directly relating to our address. With the exception of one gentleman (who is always personable & friendly) the rest should be terminated & new ones with some customer services skills hired. After experiencing this post office, its no wonder the post office department is in trouble.

Not long ago, it was common to know your mail carriers name, and they were friendly. My carrier seems very angry and bitter. Forget knowing the name, how about a smile? If your job makes you that unhappy, maybe a change is in order.

Sad, very sad.

I have been in line now for over half hour. Everybody in line has been complaining and are very irritated. When it was my turn, they sent me to the pickup because the manager is working the window. Now I have to wait in another long line. All I got was sorry.....how about get your manager over than me waiting on her twice and in line again! VERY UNORGANIZED!
