        Spent $12,000+ on a fence for my back yard. The FIRST thing I told the "sales" lady was that we get some pretty intense winds. Thinking she knew what she was doing, I went along with her suggestion for a particular fence that she said would stand up to the wind. When the installer came out for a final measure, I also told him about the wind factor. He didn't seem fazed so I figured I'd be OK. Fast forward a year and a half and my fence has been down FOUR times. The third time, I had to call corporate for action. Now the fence is down again and the worst of all four times and I'm on my own to repair. I really wish I hadn't put so much trust and faith in that lady who only saw a big commission and sold me a crappy, flimsy fence with no real concern about the wind issue and no true knowledge of what she was selling.

        Overall

        Rug Project.....Lots of problems with customer service and workmanship on recent project. Spent 13 hours so far communicating on simple 10 x 12 kitchen and 19 x 7 hallway. Installers left splinters all over, poor quality on thresholds and loose rug ends. Store managment doesn't seem to promote good service, expedite fix and understand problems
