        I am a single father who came to this local Laurel All Tune Lube. 127 2nd street Laurel,Md 20707 to get an oil change service On 11/01/2018 and 12/03/2018 my car(2015 kia Optima) is in need of an new engine because of a simple mistake caused by one of their techs not replacing the drain gasket. This repair is now going to cost $6800.00 dollars. As the engine has seized up and will not start. As I stated I am a single father and this is my only mode of transportation to get to work and also my son to elementary school . I called and talked to manager William Stovall who offered no help. Called back after not hearing from them in over an hour finally spoke with owner. (Eric Ayub) who told me it was my fault the engine seized up as I didn’t check my oil at every fill up. I would not recommend this shop to any Laurel resident as they have put me in an unbelievable situation during the holiday season. After being in a life threatening situation as the engine seized up as I was driving down the highway. My car was towed to Kia dealer where they found the issue to be the missing gasket and informed me. Mr. Ayub offered to replace the engine at my cost, but why when this is clearly an All Tune Lube Laurel mistake.
