Laurel Lakes Senior Apartments

The property is dirty, unkept and not managed well. What was once a premier facility for senior's has become a less than a passing thought to the management. The rents continue to climb, but general cleaning, and basic upkeep is slim to none. Carpeting has extreme tears and poses a danger to seniors with canes, walkers, and motorized vehicles. Overall atmosphere has changed from a family type of environment to a prison like feel. Management on duty present as too busy to handle concerns or inquirires. Also, area managers will not return calls of concern.
