Absolutely worst services ever. This corporation is not helpful unless all you need is a pizza party with peers every once in a while. Absolutely no guidance, currently involved in Tips services basically forced to manage my own care, workers constantly cancel, quit or get another position so connecting to a worker is nearly impossible. I hope they don't claim government funding from dmh/ government on the days my worker cancels. Honestly it's a bunch of amateurs who don't have the experience required to work in a way to benefit clients. If anything they hold me back. I'm very dissatisfied with there services & even when trying to complain so that services improve I get run around answers & treatment.

One of the worst corporations for counseling services and helping you recover from traumatic experiences. I highly recommend stay away from this corporation and find a better service elsewhere.
