We are a family owned and operated business. On rare occasions our children are present when we answer the phone. Most of our customers understand situations such as a child being ill and needing to be tended to. We make every effort to be "professional" and "encouraging" towards our customers. I know the "other companies" that are our competitors and know how they price over the phone. We are up front with our customers and tell them EXACTLY what it will cost them when we leave. We do not quote $200.00 over the phone and then leave with $1,600.00. I am not going to spend thirty minutes on the phone trying to convince someone over the phone to book with our company when I can not make them understand that we are professional enough and confident enough in our services to be up front with our prices. When someone is convinced our price is too high it would come off as my arguing with them and that is a level I will not stoop to. Other companies quote lower on the phone than we do ALL DAY LONG. Ninety percent of our business comes from personal referrals and I am booked solid for the next two weeks. We are obviously doing something right.
