        A tow truck was called using this company by my insurance and the guy was lost given some basic instructions to get past a simple exit on the side of the hwy. He finally gets there 30 mins late only to find out the info he was provided had issue so i called to get everything rectified. As I was nearing ending the call and straightening things out. He gets in his truck and DRIVES AWAY!
