Poor customer service turned away for an oil change because he didn't have time told to come back next week drove an hour to get there one guy called out and the guy who was in charge didn't want to move a car out of the bay to do it all three bays full and they were only working on one car never had a problem before wasted all that time on my only day off told he may be open next weekend but not sure because it is memorial day never again will fine a new mechanic I guess now thanks alot

I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is. Scott is the most outstanding mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of working on my car. I've been all around the county looking form someone who was not only honest with his work but also affordable and timely- Gwinnett Tire And Auto is the ONLY place to go. Taking your car anywhere else would be doing yourself a disservice.

There is no other place to take your car for repair. You are treated with urgency and Scott is professional AND Patient AND honest. The technicians are excellent and all certified. I wish they would open up a doctor's office!!!

I went there with my girlfriend today to get work done on our van. Scott and his team were more than helpful. It was outstanding service and they made me feel like I had been going there for thirty years. Its a very clean and home like place. Thanks again to everyone there. Ill be coming backanytime I have a problem with my car.

I drive 30 minutes to have my vehicles repaired and serviced at Gwinnett Tire and Auto. Scott is an outstanding, professional, honest person who will only recommend work that needs to be done to your car. I compared about 20 shops in the area when I needed to get my timing belt done and they were among the best prices for the work to be completed. I originally found them because they are an ASE Blue Seal Recognized Businesses which means they have ASE-certified automotive technicians.

This shop is amazing. My son's teacher highly recommended it and she is almost as picky as I am. They have the best staff, best waiting area and best technicians. Gwinnett Tire & Auto is the cleanest repair shop I have ever been to - dealerships included. The manager was very thorough and patient (I am one of those women who has to imitate the noises to describe my car problem) and they completed the work in less time than I expected. I just didn't expect to find this level of professionalism in a car repair shop.

I discovered this service center in june 2010. I have been searching for a mechanic for 2 years, and will not take my car anywhere else. I am so pleased with the friendly service of Scott the service manager, and the speed of all his technicians. I never trust mechanics, but I can promise HONEST QUALITY service here. They have saved me hundreds of dollars already by not going to a honda dealer and pay top dollars for exactly the same service. I trust in them to work on my wifes Mitsubishi Galant, to my parents 2010 Lexus hybrid and my Honda accord. They do custom work & install aftermarket parts to cars, I recently had an eibach anti roll kit installed by them. There is also a huge waiting room, with tv and a variety of magazines. Only 2 mins from historic downtown Lawrenceville and near the 316 airport. Thank you G.T.A for great prices and premium service!
