        I signed a contract for Mr. Short to renovate my office, Quality Eyecare in Sugarloaf Mills Mall in early May 2017. Mr. Short was unable to get to my project and finally returned my deposit minus charges for blueprints, etc late January 2018. I received practically no updates throughout this period, and he held my $12,000 deposit the whole time. Mr. Short seems like a good guy and this was likely an unusual situation, but this was a very bad experience for me.
