Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

My husband and i are vegetarian and this is our burger and fries place! Any Burger can be substituted for a veggie burger or a vegan burger. We especially love the vegan burgers! The best hands down.

We arrived at the resturant and were told tgere was a twenty minute wait so we decided to wait outside. Littlw did we know that the resturant' s grease trap was being cleaned out and there was a foul smell in the air. The table we were seated at was dirty and sticky. The server was rude and inattentive. Upon coming to the table she didn't say her name and didn't suggest any specials. She simply asked if we knew what we wanted. We didn't even have our menus. We ordered our food with a few changes to the burger and sandwich and thr server made it seem like it was the end of the world. We heard our food get called about fifteen mintues before they brought the food to us. My burger was cold and had the wrong cheese on it. My wife's burger had chicken instead of beef and was also cold. It took them another fifteen minutes to get the new burger out and by then we were fed up with the resturant so we asked for our check. I immediately placed my card in the booklet in an appect to leave as fast as possible but had to wait and find my server in order to pay. I used to love going to this red robin location but after this last experience I will never be returning to red robin again

The burgers are excellent. The fries are the big steak cut kind and they refill them if you want more. The onion rings are very good too. Some times the service is a little slow.
