Tire Super Store and Auto Repair

I am compelled to write a review on this company as their customer service is great even when the owner is on vacation. They take pride in their service and you leave with the assurance of knowing that your vehicle has been repaired professionally. Keep up the GREAT work and I will continue to refer people to your trusted business.

These people are straight Crooks. They were giving us a quote for work to be done. we decided not to do the work, he demanded we pay $100. The police were call, I ended up having to pay. Even the police told me not to go there, they said they get complaints about this place all the time. Now I know.

My husband had a terrible experience with them on 10/25/2016. My husband had used their services 1 time prior for used tire in the Summer and was returning to get another tire. Unfortunately they had issues with the lug lock and requested could they break the lug lock. Hence they ended up breaking the lug lock and lug. Instead of them fixing the lug, they requested that my husband pay for the lug to be fixed. When my husband explained that he only gave permission to break the lug lock and not the lug. The manager treated my husband as if he had broken the lug himself. To say the least my husband left the premises with a broken lug that we now have to fix. I do not recommend these folks to anyone. I believe a company should be accountable for their actions and this company definitely did not take any accountability for their error.

I bought 4 used tires here today 04/18/2015 and the owner Samara is very friendly and on top of things!! The guys who put our tires on are awesome and hard working. I highly recommend thus place! Prices are great..owner showed me the tires and I watched as they were put on and they were the ones that was showed to us...very honest and hard working people...

Owner showed me some great tires with around 80 percent tread, used of course, then puts on completely different ones, with less than 10 percent tread. Then charged me $80 after agreeing on $60. The did not even balance them. Both tires ended up being flat within a week. I would advise finding a better place. I would not have paid $10 for the pair. Horrible service. Horrible results. And horrible idea. This place needs an honesty lesson. And a legal action.

Great, prompt service. Bought two used tires for front of my vehicle for $70. Great tread, will definitely be a repeat customer.
