PLEASE BE AWARE..THEY ARE WORST THAN THE SCAMMERS....NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT THE COMMUNITY AND THE SERVICE YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT THEM..PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND MAKE A DECISION OF NOT MOVING INTO THIS COMMUNITY.....STAY AWAY....AS FAR AS YOU CAN....THE BEST WORD FOR THEM IS BEWARE..THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO CHARGE YOU ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY POSSIBLY CAN..THEY ARE BLOOD AND MONEY SUCKERS....STAY AWAY IS THE WORD...IF YOU WANT TO REPENT ALL YOUR LIFE..THEN STAY HERE...

DO NOT RENT.....Forget your deposit if you rent. I lived in this apartment community for two years and was charged a $185.00 cleaning fee although I had cleaned it impeccably. When I called to check the reason for this, they stated that it was because I left the dryer lint and a cleaning rag in the kitchen sink. They mentioned a few other spots, but this was how the apartment was when we moved in. BEWARE OF THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY OF AVALON RUN and its other properties. The management is very nice and helpful till you are a resident. After that it is just a professional fleecing company. Daylight Robbers.
