Kim Long Vietnamese Cuisine

Worst pho I've ever had. My family used to eat here all of the time but within the past 3 years the food has been terrible. The soup now tastes like dirty water with very very old meat. The meat is so old that it has a rainbowed gloss over it I didn't even eat 1/4 of it before throwing it away.

Great food, service was very unique compared to other places. For example we had about 4 or 5 waiters/waitresses serve us which was awesome. Food was really good, usually when I have pho back home in San Francisco it's alright but luckily I found this gem in the strangest place to have an authentic Vietnamese restaurant, smack Dab in the middle of Utah! I will definitely be back for more!

We've eaten a lot of the different items on the menu. Our favorite is the salmon over rice. A huge chuck on grilled salmon with a special sauce served over rice. The Pho (soup) is great in the winter and if you're starting to feel a cold coming on it's wonderful medicine. Tan and Beverly are perfect hosts and make you feel very welcomed. Try an iced Vietnamese coffee. The restaurant has a very casual atmosphere.
