wow i am amazed and absolutely floored. The professionalism the knowledge i got from this company is by far the best i have experienced if you are close to Albert's & Son and have ac or furnace issues gota call these people. holy cow not only did the tech diag and fix the problem correctly that another company could not and told me my system was unrepairable .
I then called Albert's & Son boy im glad i did i feel like i stumbled on to a gem of a company. joe was honest upfront about the issues my system had. offered me many options going forward with repair and future replacement and i cant thank them enuf Go joe!

Air Conditioner shut down on a Saturday Night at 10PM. Called the Emergency Number and Richard came out to the house. Temperature outside was 84 degrees, inside had risen to 78 degrees. Richard came over by 10:15PM and searched and found the problem. He is now doing the repair and we should be up and running in about 15 minutes. Service, that is beyond service. Once again, NO ONE touches my heating/cooling system but Albert and Sons.

They rock! AC went out this morning, they came right out and we are cooling down now. Great price wonderful service, happy campers.

My daughter hit the furnace with the car while I was at work. I called Albert's and the technician beat the Fire Department to my house. Mr. Richard has been to my house more than once on routine maintenance and for last minute extreme weather emergency calls. He knows my system, my house and now he knows my children. His quick reaction and experience got my children out of the house before the gas leak destroyed the whole block. We owe Albert's & Sons more than just professional service. They will always be the first, second and last peopole we will call for our HVAC needs.

The whole group of workers are fantastic, they do a professional job and they check back on their repairs. i would not let anyone else touch my heating / cooling system.
