Linda Manor Extended Care Facility, located in Leeds, Mass., is a 120-bed skilled nursing center and provides rehabilitation services as well. It is an affiliate of Berkshire Healthcare. The facility is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified center.
