Ashley Mccormicks Cleaning

I was very pleased from the START of dealing with McCormick's Cleaning! They were available on the phone, firstly, right away, and asked the 'right' questions, such as what type of cleaning was wanted, and how large the space was. They were also able to give a ballpark figure of the approximate cost. They were able to 'go by' and take a look before the day of cleaning for a precise estimate, and they had no problem with going up stairs since there was no elevator.
They arranged an appointment very soon after the conversation took place, and payment was easy by phone so I didn't have to be there (the key was left for entry).
They also made an important observation about one of the broken faucets in the tub for which I was grateful.
I was able to 'keep in touch' with McCormick's at any stage of the cleaning, even texting between days, which also helped me trust them even more.
Some interior renovation had just taken place, and everything was dusty at first, but soon shining.
McCormick's also sent photos of the outcome, which were appreciate.
They were polite and pleasant the entire time.
I was very happy with McCormick's Cleaning, and I will use them again!
