Before posting information about a business make sure you have the correct information. Dr. Wallace is the collaborating physician for the providers. The two main providers are Frank a Physician Assistant and Laura a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with a doctorate degree. There is no fraud involved and you will find mid levels providing care all over the United States and billing for these services.

The front desk is very slow. This Urgent Care does not verify your insurance ahead of your existing appointment for the next day. The office staff waits for you to arrive to verify for your scheduled appointment. So you have to sit in the waiting room even longer. The staff talks amongst themselves rather than working. You can hear the staff screaming at each other. Or yelling each others name. Rather than approaching the colleague. Also tge Dr Tasha Wallace does not work at this clinic. They have an ARNP Cindy, a PA Frank and an RN Laura. Isnt this Insurance Fraud? I will never return to this location. You need to hire help. Upgrade your machines.
