Newfound Tire & Quick Lube, Inc

I went in to get a tire rotation and an oil change. I needed my brakes checked because I kept hearing a clicking sound. I thought it might be something small but I haven't changed my pads since November 2019. I also knew my treads on my tires were getting pretty bad. I bought bridgestone tires from Sam's club for $800 back in July 2019. I have only put 19,000 miles on my car since and I had a warranty for 60,000. The warranty was only to give me a discount on new Bridgestone tires. When Newfound called me they said my brakes and rotors were in great shape but my treads were completely worn out. They said they would give me a $60 discount if i paid in full the day of so it was $620 but that brought it down to $560. I thought about it and having to make an appointment with Sam's tires (which has horrible customer service, you cant even get them to answer the phone so I would have to drive all the way there just to make an appointment and then wait on the appointment to have them check the treads and my warranty, then order the tires only to get a discount and chancing that I could get a better deal at newfound even with Sam's discount). Too much of a headache! Newfound ordered my tires the next day and that same day I was able to pick up my car with new tires and an oil change for only $500 even. They also said every 5,000 they will rotate my tires for free which when I got those bridgestones, that $800 included the installation package I got for each tire, $15 per tire. I was so happy with Newfound after realizing all of this and how transparent and great their customer service was, I will be a client for life with them. Not to mention how great their location is. I dont have to deal with the crazy business of Sam's club. Thank you Newfound Tires. You guys rock :)
