Rodney and mark were the one and only contractor out of 10 that I had during my new construction project that failed to complete the work in the stated contract. Mark was given 5 1/2 months to complete the installation of ductwork and two hvac systems, and only completed some of the work before skipping town. He was given the money to purchase a $1600 heat pump and compressor, and never delivered. Do your research on Mark before calling him for any kind of work, I wish I had. He'll use every excuse in the book to charge you more and not deliver on his promises. I can honestly say I've never worked with anyone more difficult.
