Six Happiness

Used to be one of our favorite sushi places b/c the sushi chef was awesome, but service was always VERY slow! Thursday I called to reserve their party room for a birthday dinner for 6 at 6pm. She said she had a party at 7pm & could not do it. I asked if we could have the room earlier to ensure time for clean up in between. She said "No, they called this morning." I told her I was not trying to take their place, but work around them & she said no. I asked if we could reserve another table for 6 at 6pm. She said "No, we can't do that. We have a party at 6 & 7 already. That's too much." I laughed & clarified that she was telling me we could not eat there for dinner & asked what they'd do if 6 random people show up for dinner. She said "We'd tell them to wait until we can take care of them." I asked for her name & to speak to the manager. She said she's Kim & that she is the manager. I'm shocked at her lack of customer service skills & her turning away business when they're never busy.
