Overall

My Dog had a grooming appointment with Brittany last evening. When I arrived for the appointment I was told that she was sick and not working. I receive no apology or explanation as to why I was not informed prior to my appointment that she would not be there. I had left work an hour early to make the appointment and rushed home during rush hour. I called Brittany and left a voicemail expressing my frustrations but never received a call back. The cashier implied that maybe it was my error and I had the wrong date since she was sure Brittany would have called me. I was so disappointed in the customer service I received and will not be returning. I understand people make mistakes but a genuine apology can really go a long way and I did not receive one.

I have been into this store ab...

I have been into this store about 5 different times.

Store is neat, prices good but the main problem is:

The cashiers are rude and far from friendly. After purchasing my items, they just hand me the receipt and say nothing. No thank you! They also act like it is a great pain to wait on you.

I thought someone was having a bad day but after the fifth time of this happening I will never return.

It is detrimental that a business not thank their customers for choosing their store to spend their hard earned money, especially these days.

And seriously, how hard is it to say thank you? Do your job.
