Jerry's Auto Sales

We had been looking for a vehicle to replace our 8 year old van. I did some research and talked with some co-workers and neighbors, and they suggested Jerrys. Went on their website found some vehicles, and started the dreaded process of buying a vehicle. When we got to Jerrys I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The sales staff listened to our needs and gave us plenty of vehicles to choose from all in a low presssure environment. They even let us test drive our vehicle for the weekend. We've had our Traverse for three months now and I can't be happier with our purchase. Jerrys shows that the car buying experience shouldn't be that painful and they are great to work with. We even got a great price for our 8 year old van!

We needed a car with lower miles. besides needing a tune up, my old car ran perfectly, I had a warranty on my NEW TRANSMISSION I just put in 3 1/2 years before and they offered me 500 bucks trade in, i was oh my god. they got it to 1000 bucks and i said, you, know, i have all this to show it needs a tune up, the new transmission. nope, they didn't care. (pretty sure they are making the money i could have selling it just for the price of the transmission, after the fact(1 day to late i was offered, for the car $3250 just for the transmission!!!). The brakes just went out(completely) haven't owned it for 3 weeks. It had stated this on the website and the paper they showed us, mind you never took off for any of it.(i wouldn't have taken it if my son didn't have so many appts. that i needed lower miles with better gas mileage) here's what they advertised( we got the cd player, and that is all that was true): ALLOY WHEELS, KEYLESS ENTRY, 53 K MILES(WE GOT IT AT 67 K!!!!), CD PLAYER, ELECTRIC SEATS, (BURN HOLES ALL OVER), NEW TIRES! I HAVE NOT SO GOOD TIRES, HIGH MILES, CHEAP RIMS, NO ELECTRIC ANYTHING....WOULD I GO BACK OR SHOULD ANYONE....HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I COULDN'T MAKE IT 1/8 OF A STAR, ACTUALLY NO STAR RATING!!!!
