General-Aire Heating & Air

I’m a veteran with cancer my ac went out this summer. I went through a home warranty company which took 45 days to get someone out at my home. They contacted them which took an additional two weeks to come out after several rescheduling appointments on their behalf they finally came installed the unit everything was working fine. There was a obvious cosmetic work that needed to be finished so he said I will come back next week and finish the duct work and drainage issues that were happening. They put the old duct work back on which did not fit and allowed snakes and field mice to enter freely through the holes it is now December 4 2018 and they still have not fixed this issue. I’ve called so much and to hear he’s busy we will send him out in two weeks still I’ve not seen them. I have been blowed off so many times. I paid my money for a service and demand that I receive it. On top of that the lady that answers the phone even said he gave me a break of two hundred dollars and is the ac working? All veterans and any decent human being shouldn’t have to go through this. At this point I don’t want it fixed I want a refund I paid 1500 for duct work and they never went under the house and they stuck the old broken duct work up that doesn’t fit. The pictures below doesn’t really show how bad it is. I’ve had to call cooks pest control out several times and they all point to this as being point of entry. Do not do business with them....
