Auto Clinic

This shop does not even deserve one star as far as i'm concerned. They have had my car at their shop going on 3 weeks and for an overheating problem and all I get from them is they do not know why it is doing it but they cannot offer any suggestions of how they are going to take care of the problem. They replaced my whole motor in 2 days and if I have it towed somewhere else I face the likely hood that they will dishonor the warranty on the motor. This started with my car supposedly needing the heater coil replaced so they supposedly did but as soon as I drove it off the lot about 15 miles it broke down along side of the road and they have had it ever since. I have asked about help in getting a loaner car since i've been without a car for more than 2 weeks and I get a run a round about that as well. They say they will call you but they never do and when you call them nobody seems to know whats going on with the car and what makes me the maddest is when the main front counter guy gets on the phone and wants to be rude to me about the car still not being ready and he tells me they will call me when it is ready. To sum it up do not use this place even if you need an oil change because I would not put it past them to do something to your car while they have it in there and this comes from other things that have happend but it's to much for this review.

This is definetly the place to take your car if your a girl with zip of knowledge of your car except where to fill it up for gas.

I have visited Auto Clinic several times over the past year since it has been under new ownership. Being a single mom I feel I need to be VERY cautious where I take my truck. I want to drive out with the same engine & tires I drove in with, :)

I have always been treated with respect and the prices are more than fair.

The waiting area is very clean and inviting with a large screen T.V. and even a popcorn machine.
