AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

Just needed an oil change and to have my car given the once over before a Thanksgiving road trip. Easy in and out and very thorough in explaining all my questions.

Worst customer service in Lexington, if not the entire USA. The mechanic is an outright lunatic who will smoke in your car, call you an idiot and speak highly of his severely poor mechanical skills and even worse diagnosis skills. My car was not fixed, I was cursed at and told to leave (get the f*** out to be precise) for questioning his solution, and told that if I wanted a refund I should kiss his a**. HORRIBLE SHOP. These other reviews are obviously aliases, because nobody in their right mind would do business with these people.

I have been bringing both mine, and my wifes car here for about 6 months now, they are always super friendly and make sure I get a ride to and from work. Thanks Guys!

I had to have my transmission rebuilt .. it only took a day and they gave me a good deal compared to the other transmission shops. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have tried to have my car fixed several times correctly and they could never get it right. I eventually had to get my money back and take it else where. I would not recommend this Aamco at all!
