well, i called and just asked to speak with the office manager, and the girl who answered asked me my name, i told her, and told her the company that i am with and she just flat out hung up the phone on me. she had a very bad attitude, and sounded frustrated when i asked her the names of the doctors in their office. If you don't like talking to people on the phone, don't get a job answering them. They just lost business with myself and my family.
