First Watch Restaurant

I had never heard of this restaurant and a friend suggested it! We had the eggs Benedict n the avacado toast breakfasts. The food was really good! The coffee was a little strong. The service was good but as a server I like a little more attention to all the "stuff" on the table that could have been removed. I will be back!

Placed a carry out order that was wrong when picked up. I called the restaurant to inform them that we were returning to get correct items so that the food could be prepared and ready. Got back to the restaurant and was given the wrong item AGAIN. I asked to speak to the manager who apologized and offered me a coupon to return. I told the manager that I wouldn't return because of the poor service and the smart mouth and attitude of the person who handed us the food.

The manager insisted on sending me coupons and took all my information. This was 6 weeks ago as of today (12/18/14) I have yet to receive the coupons.



as stated before I didn't want anything free. I wanted management to be aware of the poor service that was being provided. But if the MANAGER insist on sending me something. I expect to receive it.



I will never go back to that First Watch location and won't/don't recommend it either.
