        Overall

        Terrible business. Brought our car in to have a bumper replaced. They first said it would take three days. Then after three days they said it would be the following Monday. Then late Monday they said it would probably be Tuesday. Then when I asked what the problem was, the manager got an attitude with me. I will never go back!
