        I have been there a few times and they have been great. Actually, I just left there and took a Paslode charger that had quit working. They didn't have a replacement so the tech took it apart and fixed it. It was just a loose wire. No charge. I have always found them friendly and helpful

        I took 3 sanders to get repaired. Picked them up and when i got them back to the shop they had not been repaired. took them back, they returned my money and stated that they had to remove the parts they added(which was none). they returned the sanders completely disassembled and missing some parts. They stated that it was against OSHA regulations to reassemble. I knew this was a lie but i contacted an OSHA compliance officer and he said that I was lied to. DO NOT take your tools here for repair. This company hires complete amateurs. I got the parts, fixed and reassembled the sanders in 3 hours. Kwik-Set had the 3 sanders for THREE WEEKS! and they said it would take 12 weeks.
