Waffle House

This location is the very best in Lexington. I think that the store manager Roger is a top-notch employee, and it certainly reflects in the quality of the food and service here. Also, they have a terrific cook named Dennis, as well as a few other outstanding employees. By the way, although I have worked in various facets of the food preparation, distribution, and retail sales industries, I haven't worked for any part of the Waffle House organization- I just like them much.
