WHAT WE DO: During the first visit, a licensed physical therapist will perform a thorough evaluation to determine your specific needs, establish an individualized treatment plan and set personalized goals. The physical therapist and physical therapist assistant will provide specialized services according to the individualized treatment plan, including land and/or aquatic physical therapy services. The physical therapist will routinely re-evaluate the client and monitor progress until all goals are met and the client is independent with an individualized wellness program. HOW WE HELP: Our physical therapy and wellness services are designed to address the needs of each individual in order to meet specific goals established at the evaluation. These goals may include the following: Decrease Aches/Pains Decrease Muscle Spasms Decrease Joint Stiffness Decrease Swelling Improve Strength Improve Flexibility Improve Balance Improve Coordination Improve Endurance Improve Posture/Alignment Improve Relaxation Improve Functional Ability
