        Overall

        I had a septic system backing up at a rental home. I called this company 27 July 2016 and they said they'd have a truck out at 10 AM the next morning. I waited until 11:30 AM and then called them to see where they were. They said "I was about to call you" The truck got delayed on another job but will be out there between 2 - 3 PM that afternoon. Nobody showed up and nobody called. nobody called the next day either to offer any sort of explanation as to why they left me hanging with a big mess.

        I'll never call this loser company again! If anyone cares at all about reliability, then you don't want to call this company!
